A week to integrate everything you’ve built so far: strength, balance, full body mobility and awareness.

Class 1: Integration Flow 30 min

Focus: Spinal twists, hips — focusing more on lateral hip

Class 2: Open & Receive 30 min

Focus: Gentle backbends for the thoracic spine, chest & hip flexors

Class 3: Reveal 60 min

Focus: Full body flow revisiting all elements — grounding, fluidity, strength and openness
